Purpose

• Associates must avoid situations where personal interests may conflict with BBNews.in’s interests and must disclose such conflicts to their manager.

Confidential Information

• Unauthorized disclosure or misuse of confidential information is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination.

Compliance

• Any breach of this Code of Ethics may lead to disciplinary actions. Employees are expected to report violations promptly.

Social Media Guidelines

• Social media posts must reflect good judgment, as they are public and carry long-term impact.

• Associates must comply with this Code and related company policies.

Be Careful What You Post

• Associates are accountable for their online activities. Inappropriate content may result in disciplinary action.

• Personal opinions must be clearly identified and not misrepresented as BBNews.in’s official stance.

Be Respectful and Professional

• Maintain professionalism in all communication. Avoid posts that may be interpreted as offensive, harassing, or misleading.

• Respect others’ privacy and avoid spreading false information.

Be Honest and Accurate

• Accuracy in communication is critical. All mistakes must be corrected promptly, with transparency about any updates made.

Respect Laws and Confidentiality

• Associates must comply with all applicable legal and confidentiality requirements, including copyright and privacy laws.

• Confidential information must never be disclosed without proper authorization.

Plagiarism

• BBNews.in maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. All content must be original or properly attributed to its source.

• Copying, paraphrasing without citation, or reusing content without permission is a serious ethical breach and may result in removal of the content and disciplinary action against the responsible party.

Fairness
